Q - When will I receive my first issue?
A – Your subscription will begin with the most current issue. You will receive your first issue within 48 hours of subscribing, except during holiday weeks.
Q - What do I do if I do not receive my issue?
A – Make sure the date is not during the week of a holiday when Production Alert is not published. A holiday schedule is sent with each issue of Production Alert!!! And check your bulk email. Sometimes, the security settings on your email may bounce it there. If you still cannot find it, please contact Production Alert by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 323-610-0046.
Q - How often is Production Alert published?
A - Production Alert is published weekly, each Friday, except during vacation weeks. Delivery by email may vary from Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning.
Q - Which weeks does Production Alert NOT publish?
A - Production Alert will not be published on the week's of the following holidays: New Years, Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and one other week at the discretion of the editor.
Q - How do I unsubscribe?
A – You may cancel by notifying Production Alert at email@example.com or by calling (323-610-0046). No refunds will be made after the delivery of the first issue in the new billing period.
